Pricing & Invoicing

All prices shown throughout the website include GST but please note that the printable Tax Invoice which you will see at the end of your checkout procedure, shows the price excluding GST, then the GST amount separately so that customers who are purchasing for Jewellery businesses etc have an invoice suitable for tax purposes.

Postage Costs

Postage costs are automatically calculated by the weight of each order according to Australia Post guidelines. 

You have 3 options for Domestic Postage {within Australia}.

Within Australia

* Standard Post    - up to 250gms                   = $3.60 {approx. prices only}

- 250-500g                     = $4.65 

- 500-1kg                       = $7.90

- 1-2kg                          = $9.70

* Registered Post    - Add $2.50 to the above prices

* Express Post # - up to 250gms                       = $6.80 {approx. prices only}

- 250-500g                       = $6.80

- 500-1kg                         = $9.70

- 1-2kg                            = $13.50

# Please be advised that due to the fact that we are located outside the Express Post network, it will normally take 2 days for your parcel to arrive instead of 1.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels so we strongly advise that you use registered post..  It is an extra $2.50 and insures your parcel for up to $100.00.  Any orders over $100.00 we will pay for the extra insurance cost over $2.50 if you choose that option.

If one of your insured parcels doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please notify us and we will organise a claim to be forwarded to Australia Post. We will then contact you when the due processes have taken place.

- 1-2kg                     = $29.00 - $44.50

UK & EUROPE (These prices are approx for Air Mail only.)

- up to 250gms            = $  9.50 {approx. prices only AU dollars}

- 250-500g                 = $15.50

- 500-1kg                   = $22.00 - $28.00

- 1-2kg                      = $34.50 - $53.00

Packing Costs

We apply a minimal fee to the postage charges for the cost of envelopes or boxes etc.  We only charge the price that we pay for the item.  Approx. guide is 80 cents for a small padded envelope up to $2.40 for a large box.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund or to exchange an item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.  Items need to be returned to us within 7 days.  We cannot refund any postage or packing costs and the return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
